Western Australia’s most important celebration of the hospitality industry will be held at the magnificent Optus Stadium on Monday November 21.

Celebrate the end of a year marked by resilience and passion as the weather warms up and we let our hair down to say goodbye to 2022 and hello to a new year of possibilities.

The WA Good Food Guide is the definitive guide of where to eat and drink around the state, which also celebrates excellence in the WA producer space. Our guide provides real commercial outcomes for the industry and works as a food and drink marketing campaign, built by us, for the industry and the state of WA.

The entire WA industry and food-loving public is invited to come along to this event – the WA Good Food Guide Awards Night is a chance to network, celebrate and first and foremost, reward excellence and ingenuity. Producers, suppliers, industry – come one and come all to WA hospitality’s night-of-nights, where we’ll toast the state’s best venues, producers and hospitality talent.

Our partners Leeuwin Coast facilitated the carbon neutral certification for our 2022 Awards Night, working closely with Optus Stadium and Climate Active in what will be Australia’s first carbon neutral hospitality awards night.

With our lists of the state’s top eating and drinking experiences – chosen through a rigorous reviewing program – ready to be announced, this is a night to shine a light on everyone who made the final lists, and all our deserving award winners. As WA hospitality’s biggest night, it’s also an incredible opportunity to kick back and celebrate with industry friends and colleagues.

With a thoughtfully designed canapé menu featuring benchmark WA produce, and a free-flowing selection of incredible drinks from some of the state’s most exciting labels, there’s a chance to experience the magic for yourself as we toast the best in the industry.

Guests will enjoy drinks and canapés on arrival looking over the incredible Optus Stadium field of play before we move into the River Room. Here you’ll sit back and enjoy an all-killer, no-filler countdown of our Top 100, our Bars List and the announcement of the year’s top wines, beers and spirits, as well as our awards, including Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year. The celebration will continue long into the night, with a post-awards celebration featuring more food and drinks and some of WA’s top chefs and sommeliers playing DJ.
