Spirits Awards
Western Australia’s distilleries are crafting spirits with purpose: spirits that evoke a sense of place, using ingredients indigenous to the state. They range from new, upstart distilleries that take ingredients that would otherwise go to waste and turn them into something delicious to drink, to whiskey distilleries employing only Western Australian grains to make their spirit; from gin specialists to rum producers fermenting their own base ingredients.
