One of WA’s best beers in this, or any year. Cinnamon-scroll inspired, collaborators’ Beerfarm and Old Bridge Cellars welcomed Stomp Coffee for the OG. Not content with their efforts, part of the batch was then aged in Illegal Tender rum barrels for 12 months. The result: elite decadence. Coffee liqueur melts into spiced hot chocolate, coconut-rolled rum balls and delicate oak texture before a fresh chinotto twist. Absurdly luxurious. Absurdly ephemeral – don’t ask, it’s already gone.
