Madalena’s list conveys WA drinking as it is now. It revels in the organic and artisan, offers a considered selection of local makers, deals in younger and matured wines, and brings the cult and the traditional together. Though succinct, it’s a list with personality that finds harmony with the food, with fresher, young whites, textural whites, oranges and light reds the focus.
