The Corner Dairy 2024 Winner

Rather than go down the razzle-dazzle route, he relies on good sense, letting sound technique, quality produce and native Australian accents do the talking. The result is an ever-evolving menu both timely and timeless, one to keep coming back to over and over, right through to dessert: a wicked bourbon-laced whisky flan, say, or salted Bahen & Co chocolate mousse with Great Southern Groves olive oil.
