Cheeky Monkey 2020 Winner
Cheeky Monkey East Coast IPA is the culmination of our surfbreak series that started with Dutch Trading Co and Cellarbrations Carlisle. A big, hazy, juice-bomb, this beer represented everything we believe in within the brewery and aligned with our mission statement “Extraordinary Beer. Cheeky People. Every Occasion.” We referenced everything from local examples to scientific journals while creating this recipe, we collaborated both inside and outside of the brewery with the evolution of the recipe and we from the begining, the objective was to design a hazy IPA that was well balanced and suitable for every occasion.
