Golden colour. Rosemary and dill scents with jalapeño, citrus and dried apple. It’s chewy with puckering tannin, but with bright acidity, spice, tart citrus and a smudge of nutty savouriness to close with building oat and biscuity flavours. A big-impact wild orange. Drink fast and cold.
