Renowned drinks expert and WAGFG Wine Panellist Mike Bennie will host this discussion that dives into these themes, bringing together industry leaders and visionaries for a masterclass on the Future of Drinking in WA. The panel will feature a dynamic group of experts from all realms of drinking. Esteemed wine writer and reviewer Erin Larkin will talk about the world of wine alongside Vanya Cullen of Wilyabrup’s renowned Cullen Wines and Richard Fennessy, grape and wine research scientist. Our very own head beer judge, Guy Southern, will cover all things brewing, while WAGFG Bartender of the Year Xander Stucken dives into distillation.

Each guest will bring unique insights to the table. The conversation will also include perspectives from a non-alcoholic standpoint, exploring how this growing segment fits into the future of beverages.
