The Top 50
This year’s Top 50 are the cream of the crop of WA’s dining scene, chefs and restaurateurs who have excelled at their calling, the restaurant and hospitality industry. In 2018 many of our winners have lead the way with a keen interest in the locavore movement and the development of what could best be described as “real” food – food which has returned to the basics of good produce, awesome technique and low intervention. They are food heroes.
