Few vineyards embody the elegance of cool-climate winemaking like Tasmania’s Tolpuddle.

This October, its benchmark Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will be the centrepiece of a one-night-only dinner at Small Print, where Apple Daily Head Chef James Wong will present a five-course modern Asian menu to complement the distinctive style of Tolpuddle’s wines.

The evening will be guided by Master Sommelier Lisa Chambers, whose 25-year career spans some of the region’s most acclaimed dining rooms, from Bennelong and Mr Wong to Craggy Range. Chambers will also lead guests through a vertical tasting of Tolpuddle’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, spanning the newly released 2024 vintage to the structured 2018.

Adding a playful edge, the evening also includes a blind tasting challenge, with a magnum of MMAD Chenin Blanc awarded to the guest with the sharpest palate.

The evening is set to be a night defined by the subtle interplay of wine, food and conversation; a chance to experience both in their finest form.
