Regent Bali Canggu
One of the newest names in this global family of storied properties. The charm of Regent Bali Canggu for discerning visitors is being able to experience the beachside vibe of one of the island’s most popular destinations, dip in and out of its energetic restaurant and bar scene, while feeling that you’re in your own oceanside haven. As you drive away from the main gates, you immediately appreciate the scale of the property, over 14 acres, the design drawing on Balinese tradition and a village feel. Stone, marble, and teak are carried through the buildings and walkways and into the guest rooms and villas. The deep golden tones of natural materials that are used in room design, including teak bathtubs and sinks, bring a sense of connection as you experience the calming effect of good design, natural light and the sound of the ocean.

They’re skilled in advising guests on getting the best from Bali. That could be day long experiences or just giving you the lowdown on bars and restaurants outside the property.
Children
Families are welcomed to Regent Bali Canggu with amenities such as Kids Corner, which offers a fully curated experience for young guests.
Breakfast
While the Beach House offers a compact western style breakfast from 9am, Taru serves all-day breakfast from 7am, with a diverse menu that could see you choosing something new most days. Classics like French omelette, healthier menu sections of granola and avo on toast, Asian classics like Jakarta- style nasi goreng, and indulgent picks like lobster brioche. You might start your morning with what is more like a health tonic to many Indonesians and have a glass of jamu. There is always the option of a harder start, Champagne and Bloody Marys, an option.
Eating and Drinking
Exploring the five dining venues across the property offers a different vibe and culinary direction with each. You’ll find that the Beach House, Pool Bar and The Lounge are all casual spots to have on repeat. While there is a Modern European menu at Taru the resort’s signature Indonesian restaurant, it’s the Taste the Archipelago offering which is the pride of the service team as they talk you through traditional Indonesian dishes, checking back in to see what your favourites were. Whether you go for the sharing menu or a la carte these are dishes that many Indonesians hold dear. Think, soto ayam from East Java, a beloved chicken noodle soup served with a boiled egg and shredded chicken, fried shallots and spicy sambal that lifts the whole experience. The menu has its own brief interlude into regional sambal varieties. Spend any time in Indonesia and you’ll realise that sambal is a serious business. Adding culinary star power, Irish born chef Andrew Walsh, known for his previous Singapore restaurant Cure (which secured a Michelin star) brings two signature dining experiences to the property. Sazón is a Mediterranean-leaning bar and grill found on lively Batu Bolong on the property’s perimeter. It’s an energetic and modern venue where you’ll find staples like jamon croquettes and paella but also North African flamegrilled half chickens spiced with harissa and za’atar. On the cocktail front you may opt for a new take on a classic negroni using coffee beans and a cacao tincture or take the route through Spain with a creative red wine sangria. Opening in 2026, Cure Bali is a continuation of Walsh’s journey with this concept, taking inspiration this time from Indonesia.
