The handling of juniper here is a real treat, with judges noting that it played as a centre point that the other botanicals were built around. For these, beautiful citrus accompanies the piney juniper before classic woody dry botanicals round out the palate. Banks and Bloom would be a perfect choice in any Gin and Tonic and plenty of other gin-based cocktails, making it not just a delicious entry, but a versatile one, too.
