Subiaco is set to transform into a vibrant Mediterranean playground as Subi Spritz returns for its highly anticipated fourth year.

With over 25 curated events—from opulent long lunches and degustations to lively, family-friendly alfresco bars—this festival is a celebration of sun-drenched dining and European hospitality.

Spanning 10 days, from Friday, March 14 to Sunday, March 23, there’s plenty of time to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean-inspired festivities.

Not sure where to start? Here are WAGFG’s unmissable picks for Subi Spritz 2025.

Pasta Lane

Friday 14 March and Saturday 15 March

Step into the Mediterranean as three of Subiaco’s laneways are reimagined into vibrant alfresco dining destinations. Bar Amelie and The Subiaco Hotel will each curate a unique menu, seamlessly paired with drinks—should you wish to indulge.

Settle in for an evening of exceptional dining, where dishes like Wagyu beef brisket gnocchi with truffle jus and pecorino, chicken and chorizo tortellacci, and fried gnocchi with goat’s cheese cream, almond pangrattato, truffle honey, and fried basil take centre stage.

Due to overwhelming demand, Pasta Lane now extends across both Friday and Saturday. Secure your seat here.

Subi Culinary Crawl

Saturday 15 March

Over four stops, the Subi Culinary Crawl will take you through dishes from the talented teams at Juanitas, Bar Amelie, and Lums, before finishing at the newly opened Commune wine store. Each course is designed to flow into the next, with drinks chosen to enhance the experience.

This roving feast is all about great food, good company, and the vibrant energy of Subiaco. With one kilometre of walking over four hours, it will be just as good for your step count as it is for your appetite. Get your tickets here.

Saint-Tropez Sunday

Sunday 16 March

Pretend you’re in the French Riviera with a four-course lunch, accompanied by bottomless pours of one of our favourite Provençal Rosés, Whispering Angel.

Start with Assiette de Fruits de Mer, followed by a delicate Mussels Marinière. For mains, choose between the Le Burger Tartiflette with Wagyu beef and Reblochon-style cheese, or a fresh Salmon Confit with citrus salad and ginger. Cap off the experience with a slice of French apple cake, complemented by vanilla diplomat cream.

With endless rosé to toast to the good life, it’s the perfect Sunday adventure. Secure your spot here.

Vibes & Vino: Intuition x Picardy Wine Night

Tuesday 18 March

Head out on a school night for a special evening at Subiaco’s newest venue, Intuition Wine & Kitchen, as they team up with Picardy Wine for Vibes & Vino. Indulge in five Mediterranean-inspired courses, each paired with exceptional wines from Picardy Winery in Pemberton.
