Outback charm meets international culinary experience.

It’s fair to say that there are few experiences in Western Australia like dining at Bullara Station. For those starting in Perth, it’s a 1200km trip from the capital to the Coral Coast. You’ll find the trip is worth it, though, because on the sprawling station you’ll find The Table dining experience curated by culinary duo (and joint winners of our Regional Chef of the Year), Toby and Maree Fisher. Originally from the United Kingdom, their international careers have taken them from Michelin-starred kitchens to the truffle orchards of Manjimup and, now, station life. The Table is a multi-course celebration of station-raised beef, locally caught fish and seasonal produce. Their pies, made daily, have customers driving hundreds of kilometres, and Fridays are reserved for a homely burger night.  Locally brewed Whalebone beers are available, a good non-alcoholic selection from the likes of NON and the wine direction is very much West Australian with some real finds – Marsanne-Roussanne from Lillian in Pemberton being one. Reserved for guests staying on the station, this is destination dining in its truest sense.
