Cable Beach brewpub that does everything on a grand scale.

It’s clear that there’s serious ambition at play in what is a relatively new name in the Broome pub scene. A town that’s reliant on tourists, especially around Cable Beach, the West Australian contingent will often have their go-to places from years of visiting. Spinifex has a few secret weapons, from huge outdoor LED screens running the full gamut of televised sport to a dedicated kids play area, and a lot of space for those who want a more adult environment. While it’s family friendly, there’s also a feel that it’s prime session territory, the beer being tank- fresh (brewed on site) and a menu that you can file under solid pub classics – parmi, pizza, steak and fried chicken. Alongside the core beer range, the brew team do also have space for experimental releases and Dunes, a range of RTDs that is ginger beer and vodka based. The designated skipper isn’t left behind with a non-alc ginger beer and ‘orange and quandong boost’ – a quenching caffeinated number.
