An oceanside brewery that’s got the look.
The rise of Busselton as a hospo hotspot has been well-documented in recent years, and this oceanside brewery, next to the famed jetty, must take some credit in that story. Its impressive home has won architectural praise as has its life-sized mural of a breaching humpback whale by local artist, Ian Daniell. With the aesthetics sorted (yes, there’s merch), they’ve not stopped there, with a core range of beers that are tuned to life in the South West, from sessionable lager to a summer sour, wintry rotations of stout and their non-alcoholic beer, Big Splash. Food-wise, find a spot on the terrace and smash through woodfired pizza, or go the small plates route with blue swimmer crab tostada, prawn buns and, of course, hot chips.
