Sirloin is solid and if you don’t want to think too much, just do what any punter keen to head into a fourth pint would do – order the chips with a decent spray of spicy salt and aioli. In typical fashion, the Prendiville Group has achieved a home run on West Australian producer representation across the wine and beer lists. Second to the view is the service – it’s light, warm, welcoming and clearly the work of people who love island life.
