Offering an adventurous merging of South American and Asian flavours with a sprinkling of Nikkei cuisine, head chef Stuart Laws is dedicated to creating unique and punchy plates, using local and seasonal ingredients.

The vibrant dishes are served in a style that is designed to be shared with great company and washed down by carefully crafted cocktails or local wines and beer.

Don Tapa is also home to the Mantle Harvester farm to table brunch – a farm to table menu championing the freshest ingredients from local suppliers – on weekends, from 8am.
