Truffles—East and West will see chefs Mathew Powell (originally from the East) and Guy Jeffreys showcase the best of their coastal homes in a four-course truffle-infused lunch. With each dish paired with wines from the Fogarty Wine Group, you’ll also be treated to live acoustic music to bring the experience to life. This event is a celebration of the indulgent flavours of the season, bringing together the best of both coasts in one delicious afternoon.

Fremantle Markets’ Truffle Extravaganza
Fremantle, 11 to 13 July
Fremantle Markets is going all in on WA’s favourite winter delicacy with a weekend-long truffle celebration. Across three days, stallholders will be serving exclusive, truffle-laced dishes—from Viet Kite’s roast duck croissant bánh mì to Eggspot’s truffle brioche burgers and Gfree Donuts’ warm truffle-drizzled doughnuts.
Other highlights include cheesy truffle gozleme, mushroom toasties, truffle okonomiyaki, and black-gold fudge. Outside, the Truffle House marquee will feature tastings, premium local products from Great Southern Truffles, and interactive fun like ‘Guess the Weight of the Truffle’.
Truffle expert Federico Paci will also be on-site, sharing his knowledge of foraging, farming and how best to use this seasonal star in your own kitchen.
Hair of the Truffle Dog at Cabin Fever Festival
Margaret River, Sunday 20 July
Truffle hunting might just be the ultimate winter comfort—whether you’re a seasoned forager or a first-timer.
