By name, and by nature, Unleash the Beast is untamed. Blasta’s near foolish amount of hops, yeast and grain deliver thick, New England IPA juice. The lurid pour is plump with OJ, funky papaya, and pan-tropical appeal before running dry, and bitter – this late twist providing much welcomed structure, and palate length for something that sits nicely in the hazy realm.
