Laura Koentjoro Harding 2025 Winner
It’s not the first time that Harding has made our awards list – she was part of the Si Paradiso team that took out the Breakthrough Talent Award in 2021. Since then, she’s made the move south to Busselton to work as a central member of the award-winning Alberta’s team before tackling the role of head chef at nearby Banksia Tavern. In her first year she has plotted the ‘perfect line between elevated counter classics and more inventive dishes, making wonderful use of local bounty’. Surely not the last we’ll hear from such a talent.
