The West Australian Good Food Guide Producer of the Year

The winner of this year’s award, voted on by Western Australia’s best chefs, is Revolution Fisheries, who operate over 600 nautical miles of our coastline and surrounding oceans between Bunbury and Esperance. Voting chefs recognised the level of care and strong focus on sustainability that the family-owned fishing business displays with every catch. A line-caught-only policy means that you won’t see them net, trap or trawl. Much of what they do is about reducing the stress on the fish itself, a practice that is more humane and ultimately results in a better-quality product.
