Sweet Chilli Ginger Sauce from Pantry 388 2026 Winner
In the Chapman Valley just north of Geraldton, Pantry 388 are more than just a producer of premium relishes, sauces and rubs. Their hothouse provides a year-round supply of vegetables sold in their farm shop and, in an effort to minimise waste, this popular range was born. Initially the products were intended solely for use in their on-site café but it was soon obvious that there is a market beyond, with the range now available in locations in Geraldton and online. The award-winning Sweet Chilli Ginger Sauce takes the freshest ingredients from the hothouse – tomatoes, chillies and ginger – and blends them with vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and spice to create a punchy sweet and spicy sauce that’s great for dipping as well as adding depth to noodle and stir fry dishes.
