It’s so much more than just ‘Arimia in town’. Chef Evan Hayter and co-owner Ann Spencer have taken the elements of what people treasure about their off-grid sustainably focused winery restaurant and created something Margaret River perhaps didn’t know it needed – high-end dining on the main strip that’s celebratory of the region with an emphasis on fun and creativity. Sleek, intimate and edgy, it’s able to go toe-to-toe with restaurants across not just the state but the country. If this is De’sendent in its first year, we’re excited to see what the future brings.
