New Year’s Eve works best when it’s allowed to unfold. A first drink turns into dinner, dinner drifts into something louder, and midnight arrives almost without notice. Print Hall’s New Year’s Celebration All Levels Lead to Midnight follows that same logic, building the night in stages rather than rushing straight to the countdown.

For those starting the night seated, proceedings begin with bubbles on arrival and a set menu at either STAMPA! or Apple Daily. At STAMPA!, Italian cooking arrives in its most comforting, polished form: Abrolhos Island Scallops take the lead, followed by other italian classics like tonnato and filetto di vitella. Over at Apple Daily, Chef James Wong’s South-East Asian-leaning menu brings immediate energy, with bright flavours and playful presentation setting the tone for the night ahead.

As midnight draws closer, the gravitational pull is upwards. Bob’s Rooftop becomes the final destination, hosting Gnocchi Disco – a high-spirited mix of disco beats, dancing under the stars and bowls of gnocchi appearing exactly when you need them. DJs take over, the city hums below and the countdown begins.

Those keen to skip straight to the party can opt for rooftop-only tickets, which include a Limoncello Spritz or beer on arrival, a bowl of gnocchi, access to the free-flowing pasta bar and a decidedly unrestrained tiramisù finale, with drinks packages available for those settling in for the long haul.

It’s a New Year’s Eve designed to feel effortless but expansive – refined at the start, loose by the end. All levels, after all, lead to midnight.
