You may have heard about At Home With Chef  on 6PR, UrbanList, Channel Nine, or read about it in the West Australian Newspaper.

Fins Seafood and the WA Food Food Guide have teamed up to bring you @athomewithchef  (instagram handle). ‘At Home’ brings top West Australian chefs into your home.

Every Monday we’ll release a video of one of WA’s top chefs cooking at home. The best bit? You can jump online after watching the episode and order a box of the exact ingredients used by the chef, which will be delivered to you by Friday of the same week.

You’ll be treated to some of WA’s most exciting growers and producers, a recipe card and instructions on how to listen to a Spotify playlist curated by the chef – one for cooking and one for dining.

Fins and WAGFG aim to generate more than 100K revenue for WA farmers and growers over the course of the series.

Phil Clark from Fins is excited; “We are in touch with people daily and the main feedback we are getting is people miss eating out. The ‘At Home’ concept gives people the opportunity to recreate a restaurant experience, learn new cooking skills and get to know WA chefs at the same time. We want this to be a fun weekly ritual for people and encourage people to share their dishes and tag #restaurantathome” he said

Georgia Moore from WAGFG commented “The ‘At Home’ Series perfectly aligns with our focus in 2020; supporting West Australian producers, suppliers, growers, farmers and operating restaurants. What we are seeing at the moment is heightened consumer awareness around provenance. It’s exciting to see people slow down and take time to consider what they are buying and putting on the table. This series is a celebration of incredible chef talent and WA produce”.

The week one video will be released on Monday April 20th and features 2019 WAGFG Young Chef of the Year, Adam Rees from Madalenas in South Fremantle.
